Troubleshooting

If you are facing any issues whilst using Smart Data, please follow the steps below to rectify the issue.

  1. Try force refreshing the page

    • For Mac users, press command + shift + R

    • For Windows users, press Ctrl + F5 or press Ctrl and click the refresh icon in the browser

  2. Update your browser or try using a different one

    • It could be possible that the issues you face are browser related; try updating your browser to the latest version

    • If this didn’t fix your issue, try install Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox instead
